Facilitating the scrum process on scrum teams with cross-functional impacts that involve complex project, non-project, platform transformation, modernization, or maintenance work. Guiding the scrum team(s) and organization to follow generally accepted Agile/Scrum practices and daily activities to actively promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each Sprint. Using empirical data to help the team(s) assess their Scrum Maturity, optimize scrum team velocity to organizational KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance. Partnering with Product Owner(s) to ensure continuous refinement of backlog, which may include stories from multiple projects. Facilitating and accountable for owning the Scrum Agile ceremonies for the scrum team(s). Partnering with Product owners, Program or Project Managers to communicate delivery of work product from the scrum team and escalates key risks and issues impeding scrum team effectiveness. Performs requirements analysis and develops user stories to support the Agile team. Create Jira tickets and manages development and sustainment tasks in Jira.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Minimum of 8+ years information technology experience in a growth environment Experience with Jira and/or other application lifecycle management tool Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
