Drive investigation with Engineering for business related issues. Communicate with internal clients to understand expected user behavior, expected benefits, reporting requirements and employee user flows Provide feedback to the dev team through your own troubleshooting, testing and feedback gathering from clients, administrators, dependencies, and integrators Provide updates to clients, integrators, strategic planning, and management as required Lead the scrum team meetings Determine all sprint goals, in alignment with the project priorities provided by management Write and review business cases, use cases, and user stories with relevant acceptance criteria and boundaries Finalize Scope by gathering clarifications from clients for developers Provide recommendations and ideas for feature development and discuss them with the stakeholders Review client feature requests and provide feedback in terms of potential solutions, feature phases Investigate, understand and communicate requirements for end to end user flows, as well as end to end service integration (SaaS) flows

• Scrum certified QA experience Exposure to Jira Analytics and reporting experience

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role Bachelors degree or another relevant degree in a related field (business, technical) or the required minimum experience mentioned above A strong understanding of the relationship between product and engineering Proficiency in documentation and attention to detail Ability to communicate technical components with non-technical people Experience in an agile environment
