Job Roles & Responsibilities:- Work closely with the IB & RASF IT PMs & technology leads to deliver best in class technology solutions that meet business requirements for both existing and new Product propositions. Drive continuous improvement of our technology solutions. Support and guide POD members on requirements, product design, clear choice and architectural decisions. Team working Be a key part of the Business Analysis team encouraging a cohesive shared knowledge environment. Assist other Business Analysts in the team to brainstorm solutions to business requirements.

• Cloud Engineer, SQL, Agile, Capital Market, Debt Capital Market, BRD, Indian Taxation, UAT, JIRA

• Analytical Skills and Business Analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in documenting business requirements Strong understanding of business processes Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
