The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include 5+ years of hands-on configuration experience in ShipERP or other leading logistic solutions as well as supporting new enhancements, break/fix, and production support. 5+ years of experience working within the various tcodes which make up the supply chain and logistics SAP modules as well as in conjunction with MM/WM, SD, and FICO modules. 3+ years of work experience in a post-go-live environment which includes experience in resolving issues and implementing enhancements. Experience in supporting Global logistics landscapes and configuring SAP native logistics solutions. Experience or knowledge with BADI’s, BAPI’s, Routines, and other enhancement objects.

• It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Knowledge in /ERPIS ShipERP structure and master data, Carrier/Courier design, Consolidations, Commercial Invoicing, WorldEase, and security authorizations. Experience working with various global carriers and couriers which includes working through customer requirements, commercial invoicing, IORs, Freight Forwarders, etc.

• Requirement Identify gaps and apply technical insight in the creation of functional specifications, administer planning and execution related to unit testing, integration, and acceptance testing to validate logistic solutions. Ensure system settings and options align with the business requirements and comply with standard operating procedures. Design and deliver complete end-to-end solutions , complying with external audit regulations and internal processes and policies. Identify and solve issues through root cause analysis to ensure permanent corrective action as well as provide on-call support during critical events and milestones. Communicate effectively by translating complex technical information to non-technical personnel to ensure the successful identification of the ask and/or an issue.
