Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering , analytics, mathematics, statistics or a related technical or quantitative field Experience in working with databases, ETL and SQL in a business environment Demonstrated use of analytical packages and query languages such as SAS, R, Python and SQL Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting, familiarity with data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight Experience communicating analytical outcomes through written communication to both business and technical teams

• Will have relevant experience in data analytics working with large data sets and to extract and transform data using various tools and technologies Will transform data into actionable business information, and will make it readily accessible to stakeholders worldwide

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience 3+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders Experience with Excel
