Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in writing epics, user stories, and use cases. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools is a plus.

• Active participation in Sprint Planning, backlog grooming and sprint demos. Expertise in driving sessions / workshops with business users and stakeholders on functional requirements.
